Wonder if there'll be any difference in the image processing between 6 and 6A. The cameras have been downgraded but we know Google can get more out of a 12 MP than even a phone with a 108MP camera.

I own a 4a and i love it. Would've loved 3.5 mm Jack, non glass design at an affordable price. Will mostly switch to Samsung now

The 6a is gonna be a hit-or-miss. The issue I had with the 6 was it's clunky heavy size and hot/power hungry CPU. Battery life wasn't that great. Now the 6a fixes the size issue but now it has a lower battery capacity and the same CPU. I'm expecting the battery life of this phone to be bad unless they made some adjustments to the CPU. IMO the Pixel 5 was the perfect phone, great battery life, perfect size, great design.

I love those Google'y colours. They are so natural! So excited for this to launch in India. And this market strategy, I love it. Teasing at I/O and officially announcing in the fall. Fantastic. Google has just started their game. Hoping to see updates on Chromebooks, Tensor for Chromebooks, and Fuchsia. Pixel Watch - HOT.

Coming from a Pixel 3a XL, I'm awaiting the battery life and fingerprint sensor review. Both need to be improved from 6 and 6 Pro

Nice design and 6.1 is a great size. I wish we got that for the flagships, like the Pixel 5. I just wish this midranger had either a higher refresh rate (90Hz at least) and/or more storage (at least 256GB) , like its competitors.

I think this was a miss, design wise. Google should have gone with the exact symmetrical design and size of the Px5, the frosted gloss back of the 3, a 3.5mm headphone jack port, while replacing the low tier Snapdragon chip with the Tensor 1. What do you guys think?

I was really looking forward to the pixel 6 series and wanted to buy the pro version, but battery performance turned me away.

Wished it had side mounted Fingerprint scanner, 90 hz and a metal back ( It's glass currently, right?). Anyway, looks promising. waiting to get my hands on her.🤞🤞🤞

I'm still using a Pixel 2 after having had the original. Both have exceeded my expectations and fulfilled all my needs. I've never (touch wood) had a single issue with either of them. My wife had the 3a after I handed down the original to her when I got the 2. That is also excellent - in fact so much so I'm happy to go for the 6a rather than the 6, 6 pro or 7 series. My 2 ran out of support 18 months ago and is stuck on Android 11. If nothing else I need to upgrade from a security point of view - shame as the phone's working perfectly - should be able to get a trade-in on it. I now notice they've reduced the price on the 6 by £150 to leave it a mere £50 above the 6a... hhhmmmm.... I think I'll still go with the 6a as I believe it's smaller (size isn't everything!!) and presumably the ongoing support period is longer. I thought the release date for the 6a was 21 June, mid-summer and all and got really excited, scanning the google store all day, awaiting the announcement and towards the end of the day realised my mistake - oh, the disappointment - I was getting so excited. Not even sure they are releasing in the UK on 21 July ?

it looks so clean... the only phone i've seen cleaner than this would be the pixel 4a. But that was almost characterless while this.. oh this looks so good

Ahh! Everything is good abt it except that 60hz..should have given 90hz..that's the only down side. But really happy to see Google announcing a smart watch, pixel 7, buds pro and the pad next year. wow..waiting for Google ecosystem since long time. Hope Apple will have tough competitor going forward.
