After one year, although I loved the Pixelbook, at first, I'm done with it. The software is so awful. App optimization is just awful. Apps I've tried/bought either are far too wonky or just do not work. The hardware, particularly the keyboard, is good...at least I thought was good. Actually, the keyboard is great. My Pixelbook's monitor got several stuck/dead pixels so Google replaced it. The replacement had the SAME thing happen after only a few weeks. Now, only after LESS than one month after warranty, Google said pretty much "sorry to be you" and are not taking any responsibility for sending me a faulty replacement. I'm DONE. I tried it for one year. Google is loosing me, after being a long-standing loyal customer. I'll move to and try Apple products for the fist time in my life. I wanted to love PIxelbook. Now, I can NOT recommend it but can't recommend Google support either
